today din do much...evening 6pm meet up kim guan under my block then jog to meridian JC...on the way there saw Mr Azman again...haha...rest for awhile when we reached the meridian JC stadium...after tat kg's idea was to have interval training...means tat run 1 lap ard the stadium within 1min 30sec then rest for 3mins after tat continue another lap within 1min 30sec...
so we ran for 5 laps.... for the first 2 laps we managed to complete within the time...but the next 3 laps i din managed to complete it within the time...while kg, of cos manage to do la...army leh...haha....after tat we do some stretching then walk back hm.....
tml is the start of the new week again le...and there's a few activities going on...Tues, there's a mercedes talk in sch and we will get cca points jus by going for the talk.... Wed: EXCURSION!.....cos is national education and can leave early..... Fri..is my special day...=)
by the way if anyone wans to watch fireworks....next sat there will be other primary schools going for ndp show so there will be fireworks....and the next following week will be another fireworks too.....heard from my army friend tat the fireworks were wonderful and yesterday fireworks last abt 10mins....wow!...
